Guys, i just tried this and it works, it's an EVE easter egg. If you hold CONTROL and type QUAFE it turns the space nebula into a rainbow of colors.


A little tip on the way, press and hold down CTRL button and type QUALITY and you will reduce graphics until next login and this will help some with the lag.
