I kinda put this out on crapheap, but figured I'd see what the trolls could add to this.
the player enforced rules of perception of eve
I'll try and codify them here as follow:
- Every enemy above the first one is a blob.
- every fight is fair until you lose it, in which case you were blobbed.
- When you have superior numbers, you don't blob, they lack numbers.
- 3/4 of eve is invading your home region.
- 3/4 of eve is defending the region you're invading.
- When your enemy isn't blobbing, their morale is broken.
- titans are only overpowered when used against you.
- jumpbridges and cynojammers are overpowered until used by you.
- the lag is always worse for the losing side.
- 90% of the people on your side are inactive.
- the person who has his titan tackled is the worst player in eve.
- the person who loses his titan uses it more often and thus is at more risk. (IE) they don't suck
- Fights are only won and lost in the enemy's prime time.
- Every fight you win you were outnumbered. Ironically, every fight you lose you were also outnumbered.
- All ships/towers/systems/and regions are unwanted unless they're not yours.
